Sorry, we can’t  do that, but we will provide a written, detailed receipt you may file with your insurance.

All of our estimates are based on our discussions with you. If desired, you’ll receive that in writing, with a breakdown of the materials cost, as well as time and labor estimated for your project.

Please be aware that this is an estimate..sometimes once the work begins other factors are revealed that affect the job. 

Don’t worry- we stay on top of that, and you’ll know what we know, so you can decide what’s best for you.

Generally speaking first come, first serve. But, smaller, shorter jobs are often easier to “fit in”, if you’re a little flexible. We understand your job or project is important, and we do the best we can to serve everyone’s needs as quickly as possible. We communicate with you every step of the way, so if something comes up that impacts what we’ve previously discussed, you’ll know. 

The State of Georgia administrative code 553-8-.01 (repair rule) does not require a contractor’s license for fixing, repairing, mending, replacing..that sort of thing. 

It does require the following notification: “I am not a residential or general contractor under this chapter.”

That depends! :)

Our general rule of thumb is based on $150/hr with a $75/hr minimum, though there are exceptions depending on the specifics. 

Some jobs are quoted as a flat rate for labor, plus materials.
Every job in this business is different, from one home to the next, and we offer custom fees tailored to your individual job.

No! We’ll come out and change a light bulb if that’s what you want!

But remember- we have to get to your light bulb from wherever we are..so it might be a good idea to have several of those bulbs that need changing instead of just one. :)
